Can't connect online

Hello,

before we can go online and play we must download something before , right? well i try downloading it and always around 7-8% it stops and an error messeges comes up and says " an error occurred during the download operation" what is the problem! could it be my router? my cod4 modernware 1 worked online why won't it download it for this one?
help please.

Dear Sir,

The problem could be with the browser itself. Please uninstall it and reinstall

or still try using another browser.
