Explorer.exe issue

Hello,
I have a very common issue - "explorer.exe - Application Error"
The instrument at :0x307d4b83" referenced memory at "0xfffffff0". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

Please help me resolve this issue.
