Hello,

I am facing problem on my Internet Explorer after auto update executing. On my screen also appear "You may be a victim of software counterfeiting". I tray to delete the WAG tray.exe file, but unable to delete it. Pls help me how to recover my windows???

Dear Sir,

The problem should be that you do not have a genuine operating system and this has been detected while the updates were taking place. The fact that it has been detected that you are not using a licensed copy will cause many applications not to work properly. You will still be able to have it fixed up by legalizing the copy of Windows.

This should solve the problem that you are actually facing.
