Ipod touch not connecting to wifi

Hello, what do i do if my ipod touch says it is connected to the wifi router but won't load internet or itunes?

Dear Katlin,

Normally you won't access to them unless you have

your firewalls updated. This is somehting normal for

your own security so please have it updated and then

access to it.
