I just got an HP laptop for christmas. It was working fine earlier in the morning. We went on a trip and I brought it with me. I thought I had turned the laptop off while I was inside my relatives house for hours, but it was on hibernate really. When I opened it it said zero battery. When I got home I plugged it into the charger and it was working. Then all of a sudden it just turned off. I charged it all night, and when I woke up this morning it's still not working. The charging light is on,but when I press on everything lights up but only for 2 seconds and then it shuts off. The screen never comes on. HELP!?
