Help Toshiba laptop drive not working Closed

Question

Hello,
just got windows 7 but cant install it cause my cd/dvd drive is missing, it does not show up in my computer.
I found it in device manager and it says
"Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be  or missing. (Code 39)"
but when  i click update driver it says my driver is fine and up to date.
please help me

Please check whether the driver is compatible to 

your operating system. This should be the problem.
