Unable solve Drvers , & clickfreebackup devic

Hello,
I installed windows 7 onto my vista opperating acer laptop, follwed instructions.
but after complettion I found that my clickfree 320GB External harddrve device did not work.could not reconise drive, niether did my DVD-CD ROM work. Tried to go on line to fine drvers, but again would not allow me to up grade. just said your drivers are correct and up to date.
has any one got any solutions, or am I being a bit !!!
