Computer managment - recognized my disk

Hello,
I format my external drive (accidentally), I returned data with recover my files. but the only problem is what I can't view drive in my computer (I can not access the disk).
I turned it behind the box (there's always a work) and I have tried to engage to TV (there was working too,but now even TV can not recognize it)..
Problem must be in Computer managment. there is a disk, there was writting "unallocated"..but I was something clicking and konw is write free space of my disk ( which is 250 gb), but I still can't see him in my computers!

can I see my disk without formating!?
