Somethin is wrong with my usb court

Hello,somethin is with my mp3player usb court it wont show disk E the music cant get in it with out disk e plez help me because i just bought this mp3 player today

hi, i'm not quite sure if this will work but go into your control panel and click on add and remove hardware. follow it from there. if that doesn't work i don't have any other ideas. sorry
