cant understand the signal problems of my pcClosed

hello,

my cpu is fine but yesterday the pc was working fine but suddenly the monitor went off no sound nothing ...

and when ever i am starting the pc again the monitor shows red light intested of green....

kindly help me out n let me know a solution....

first look is the smps fan is moving or not,nextly remove the ram and again refit it.and if then also it is not starting it is motherboard or the smps fault so sent it to servicing center
