Pc shuts down after running command processor

Hello,

Can someone help me to solve my problem with my pc. My pc shuts down after running command processor.

my pc shuts down after running cmd.exe
it started after i installed my maya 7.0, before the installation be completed my pc shuts down.
and everytime i close maya after using or when my work is done, my pc shuts down.

how to remove a virus which shuts down my pc when i try opening command prompt.
