Problem Watching YouTube Videos

Hello,
I have problem watching YouTube videos even AFTER I INSTALLED THE LATEST FLASH PLAYER and ENABLED THE JAVA SCRIPT. I've checked my java script and it is working. When I go to YouTube and click a video, it won't play. What appears is black screen instead, where the video should be playing. No warning, no instructions, NOTHING, JUST BLACK. It doesn't say "Get the latest flash player" or "Turn your JavaScript on". Again, it says NOTHING. Just the black screen.

Please, help me. ;(

By the way, I am using Windows XP Internet Explorer 8.0.
