no screen and 3 beeps? Closed

Hello,
ummm I just got a new computer cause my old one had a virus. but now I plugged the new one in and my monitor won't show the screen but the lights come on..
also the computer will beep 3 times every 4 or 5 seconds. we have no money so im trying to find the eAsyest way to fix it..

could you help?

Try removing the case and making sure there's no dust building up, blow it out just to be sure with an air hose or vacuum. Now if these beeps are: beep, beep, beeeeeeeeeeep. (2short;1long) then I believe it's your RAM connection or condition. Remove the cards and try switching them to other available slots, blow them off and clean the slots. Anything past that I'm clueless because this is as far as I got before mine started working again. Search this forum for the same issue because there's been plenty of feedback! Good luck! I know it's frustrating!
