Nevermind. I solved the problem.
I deleted my whole list of "restricted sites", and everything worked out fine.
(note: I use SpyBot so i have about 120000 restricted sites on my restriction list)
Here's what u do:
Press Start
Type "Run" (no quotes) then press enter
Type "Regedit" then press enter
Then navigate till you get to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\ZoneMap\Domains
Right click on "Domains" and press delete (it'll ask u "r u sure u want to delete the folder and all its subkeys", just press Enter again).
PROBLEM SOLVED.
If you use SpyBot too, you can now go back to SpyBot and click on "Immunize", and it'll put back all ur restricted sites on the restricted list; but Facebook will not be blocked from now on.
E-mail me if u have any questions
Don't e-mail me if you don't know what Regedit is/does
Do all of the above at ur own risk (though there shouldn't be any if u're any kind of a decent Netizen)
Good luck!
