PC making loud whine

Hello,
my PC has started to make pretty loud whine since last 3 days. i've made sure its not the PSU. i recently bought the new mobo so hope its not the source. sometimes the pc remains vry quiet bt sometimes it makes that whine...& except the whine no noise comes from it. the HDD is also nt a problm. i suspect the crossing airstreams to both cpu & case fans may b the reason...appropriate suggestations are highly solicited. thanks

Dear Jhon,

There should be a problem with the RAM stick.

Please remove it and place it back. Turn the PC

on and if the problem persists, you will have to get

it replaced.
