My PC keeps beeping

Hello,
I need help, My other PC keeps beeping whenever I turn it on, and my monitor is not responding at all either. I was thinking it maybe a virus but if it was a virus my monitor would work and I could see the start up options before the OS starts...so maybe its something else?

Hardware problems are the source of your beeping. What is the beeping pattern?

Oh okay, well it beeps every 2-3 sec

one beep to two beeps at a time?

OH
It sometimes dosent beep when I restart it also

two beeps is a signal that you have problems with the memory. I would remove the memory cards - first unplug the PC and remove the battery if it's a laptop - and replace them.
