Caller is not able to hear my voice

Hello,
The caller not able to hear my voice through headphones when we are in google chat.t
The caller voice is able to hear me.
My system audio default device is" Sigma tell Audio". I checked all the settings of sound and devices of my computer. I am not getting any idea how to solve problem. Please help me.
