Hello, my computer won`t let me install anti virus, won`t let my open task manager, won`t even let me start my computer in safe mode, and won`t let me do system restore...I have no idea what to do

Dear Dylank,

This might be occuring for the fact there are

some system files that are missing or corrupted.

I would be reccomending you to get the PC

formatted in order to get free of this particular

trouble.
