Mp4 internal memory problem

Hello,

i cant format the internal memory of mp4 player. i bought from cdr-king, it has 4GB capacity. i think it has a virus because some of the song won't play and it continues to corrupt other songs, i tried to delete them but they just keep coming back with 0KB.. what should i do? how can i format it? please help me..
