Laptop shutting down in 10 sec.Closed

Hello,
got problem bout my laptop it's always shutting down in seconds evrytime that i logging in.....

i open the BIOS system already but it's still the same even by pressing f8..
 and still not working...
plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz..... help...
 i dont know what to do....

Please check whether the problem is not coming from low 

RAM memory or faulty motherboard.
