I can't find the CA program or file

Hello,
I'm tying to install a new antivirus softwares, but my computer is not letting me to do that.
there is a message saying that I have a CA antivirus that I have to uninstall first, but when I try to look for it, I can not find it.
I tried in control panel, nothing.
I don't know where is it.
Can you help me with this, please??
