USB device problem

Hello,
I have a Transcedent 4g USB device that doesn't work propely. here I put intu computer know as removable dick (without name taken) and did not open and display the "please insert disk into the driver" Can I fix this problem?

hi ben,

follow these steps:

right click on my computer>

manage>

disk management>

right click on the usb device

then change the drive letter to other letter not yet assigned

by windows to any other drive

then safe remove and insert back

its done
