WINDOWS XP NOT LOADING IN NORMAL MODER

Hello,

our pc which runs on XP will only now start in safe mode with network. If I try it in normal or last known safe mode it just tries for about 5 mins, shuts down and starts again. We have downloaded some windows updates recently

Will I have to reinstall windows ?>

Hi there,

Possibly you need not re install windows,you can make a system repair and replace the missing files needed to start windows normally by booting from windows installation cd ,Follow instructions on link below from faq:
