hello there,
the settings for sound must have been not changed....
go to control panel.... choose sounds and audio devices.... then undo the mute check box.... then increase the volume as u like.....
then in audio tab choose the sound driver which u installed ..... in the next tab do the same....
if ur facing more problem then pls give more info.....

give more info about your system hardware... wat speakers ur using...... and wat drivers u installed... wats ur sound card.....
