Normally as soon as you have the iPod connected to your computer, you are proposed to synchronize automatically the songs and videos but if ever you are having trouble, please get through the below instructions in order to get the files manually managed:

However if the real problem is that the iPod is not recognized by the iTunes application, please have the problem solved by the below steps:
