My email won't sign in

Hello,
My Email doesn't sign in. My internet is connected, I typed the email address and the password correctly.
I tried to sign in with another acount, and it worked.
I tried to change my password but I don't remember my secret answer.
Could an email be stolen? How can I get it back? Or can I just get the email addresses from it? it's reallly important, it's for my job!

Dear Nessie Kha,

There are some accounts that are disable by the email service provider

for they are making spams or contain viruses. Please contact the email

service provider in order to have clear information about the matter.

Still it might be that the account has been hacked.
