My id has been hacked

Hello,
please help! My id has been hacked everynight for a few nights about 1:30 in the morning i get text that my password has been changed. So i get up and follow the instructions to try and get in to my account. they even change my secret questions please help me i dont want to give my id up this is my main id and the one i use for importaint things. Is thee something you can do to protect the info that i gave yahoo they have that info now they call me at night olease i am affraid and worried.

Dear Sir,

The solution will be filing a legal case about the matter and let the Cyber Crime

Unit carry out an investigation that will lead to the hacker and how he did it. This

will be the best solution for getting access to the account again.
