sir wen im making calls its getting disconnected automatically saying call failed due to sond device problems wat can i do now pls do reply me now if u can

The VOIP software needs to run under XP mode compatibility.
Right click teh shortcut or the .exe file > choose properties > tab compatibility > RUn this application under XP mode (SP3)
