sir i have download skins for motorola L7 AND I HAVE NO SOFTWARE WHICH HELP ME TO INSTALL SKINS IN MOTOROLA L7 PLZ SIR TELL ME ALL PROCESS

I don't think you can change the theme in Motorola, as far as i knows !!!

yes it is possible to change and install new themes in motorola mobiles. All you need is a small software called "p2k commander". you can search it on google and you can get it easily.
