My product key isnt working...

Hello,
i just got this new lap top Compaq Mini 110c-1010SA, and the sticker on the bottom of my top is not working, i.e, the product key is telling me that it is incorrect and i cannot type or use my microsoft officewindows. please help me as i need this reply to another product key urgently.

the product key on the bottom is for Windows. You MAY have a trial version of Microsoft Office - after the trial is over you need to buy the product from Microsoft. You can download OpenOffice FREE from www.openoffice.org it will do 99% of the things that Microsoft Office does.
