Cant access 2nd Hard Drive

Hello,
I am having a problem accessing a SATA second hard drive,On the first HD I have windows XP and everything is booting up no problem but when I look in My Computer the 2nd hard drive does not show up, it showes up in Device Manager and in Computer Managment but it showes it at 100% free which is it is not and it doesn't show the partitions which there are three.please please HELP
I had this set up working before but had to reinstall windows XP I had Norton Roll Back installed could this have caused any problems??

the Norton roll back is not the problem... it is the sata drive is the problem... use other sata ide??
the red one use new then test it...

First ,thank you for your reply but I am confused how do I change the SATA ide, and where do I find the red one. Sorry I am very stupid with computers.Ian

Just to let you know, I reinstalled Norton GoBack and all HD were showing,problem solved Thanks again Ian
