Hi there,
Here are some trouble shooting steps for not booting/power on,follow them :
-check the power cord is will plugged to the wall outlet and it has power in it,use a power tester to confirm if it has power in or replace the power cord.
-remove all added hardware and devices connected externally by usb e.g printer,mp3 player,pendrive etc...and retry to start up.
