My computer wont start properly

Hello,
i would like to ask what to do with my Hp laptop. it wont start properly and always stop working. i tried to restore the factory settings several times but the problem still persists. the safe mode functions properly but the normal mode always returns to its problem one to few days after i restor its factory settings. what should i do?

Dear Sir,

The problem might be elsewhere. Please check whether the RAM slot,

graphic card and the motherboard is not messing up. Please confirm the

issue for further help. You could have them checked by placing them on

another similar laptop.
