Hello,
 I wish taht you could help regarding my query about on how to reformat a desktop computer (hp windows xp) back to its factory setting. I know this is simple in your part but difficult for me.

I am hoping for your kind and consideration.

all you have to do is click on my computer and on drive c the main drive right click format! and it will reset it to original factory settings! providing you have a d drive that's the recovery drive! if not you need a new copy of xp or what ever you wanna install  good luck it's easy
