I think the original question was if he/she is using a POP3, IMAP, or HTTP e-mail account.  The site provided only gives the solution for people that are not using a POP3, IMAP, or HTTP e-mail account.

I am having the same problem and I need to recall it right now and I am afraid by the time I figure it out it has already been read.

HELP!!!
