How to restore contacts from nokia6500slide

Hello,
I have a HUGE problem.I downloaded updates for my Nokia 6500Slide and after that all of my contacts from Phone memory are gone.Is there any way to restore theese contacts?

Hi Yooras, i'm afraid you cannot do it, before you have update the firmware and before doing this you clearly get an alert message that you will lose all your data on the phone when doing this.
