Hello, I down loaded music to the MP4, but each song is only playing for 10 seconds only. Help what is the problem.

Dear Gene,

Please check whether the application that you are using is not a

demo. If it is a trial, this should be the reason why you are having

all the songs being played only for 10 seconds. You should have

its complete version in order to get the songs playing properly.
