If you have just changed the operating system, I will advise you
to get the sound driver also updated.

Thank you very much for your writing . I believe that the sound driver is updated and installed well. But still its not working its mean you did not install Realtalk high definition audio software. Please install this then 100% sure your sound will be workig well. if you like get help me directly by remote desktop with teamviwer.
