Dear Sir,
Please check whether the button is not stuck down. Simply remove the key
and place it back. If this doesn't fix the matter, please consider checking
whether the problem is not being caused by any virus infection. Yet check
the font style that you are using for there are many fonts that gets the letters
in capital.
