LAPTOP CAPS KEY LOCKED ON CANNOT GET IT OFFClosed

HI< MY CAPS LOCK IS TURNED ON AND WONT GO OFF EVEN THOUGH THE CAPS LOCK LITE IS OFF> I HAVE GONE INTO ACCESSORIES IN THE CONTROL PANEL AND TURNED OFF STICKY KEYS< THEN HIT FUNCTION KEY AND NUM LOCK AT SAME TIME BUT AS YOU SEE< I STILL HAVE CAPS ON>

Dear Sir, 

Please check whether the button is not stuck down. Simply remove the key 

and place it back. If this doesn't fix the matter, please consider checking 

whether the problem is not being caused by any virus infection. Yet check 

the font style that you are using for there are many fonts that gets the letters 

in capital.
