Hello,
I have a Samsung R517 laptop. the scroll is not working.. how to fix this problem?

Hi there,

You will have to reinstall the driver for the touch pad to fix it,use your driver cd or download it from official Samsung website on link below or even make a system restore to few days back as you may also be infected by malware:
