Iphone internet connection problem

Hello,
Sir i have iphone but whenever i try to connect to internet then it does not connect to the internet and shos the error like "Could Not Activate Cellular Data Network".......

Please contact your network provider in order to get the accurate settings for activating browsing option on your mobile phone.
