Green screen?

Hello,
My girlfriend went to log onto her computer and after putting in her info her laptop loaded for an extremely long amount of time. When it finally left the loading screen, the computer screen went green for a 10-15 minutes. Now she is unable to connect to the internet. What could this be? How can it be fixed? Can it cause problems in internet connection?

Dear Ryan,

Please check whether the graphic card is working properly. Get it removed and try it on another compluter please.
