I can't connect phone with PC

Hello,
I am parmar nikhil. I have i9++i china phone and I can't connect it with pc. So, I want software for pc suit.
I purchased this mobile from NAAPTOL at Mumbai via Internet.
It has many problems such that,
1. no talking with earphone
2. battry down in 1 day
3. battry charging time 4 to 5 hours
4. other formated files could not be run
5. data received via bluetooth in phone memory only and phone memory is only 183 kb
6. voice reflection
7. no other folders open in my music or pictures/images
8. sometimes many errors in phone access

I request to you to solved my all problems.

Dear Nikhil,

China mobile phones have no PC Suite ever conceived by the manufacturers and there's no software that are compatible to these phones apart from those already installed on it. These problems are some normal problems for the fact that the phone is a clone and not an original one. Please contact the manufacturer in order to get more information about the trouble.
