Desktop gone

Hello,
so far:
my desktop is black but taskbar is still running (
computer can only run in safe mode
control panel can not be accessed
windows security centre not accesible
virus scans find nothing
can not login to any other account but admin

Please consider restoring your PC to a date where everything was allright on the PC from the safe mode itself.
