Lost Gateway System Recovery Disks

Hello,
I have a Gateway Notebook, I refreshed the entire system from scratch and now I cannot get into the internet, the system says it needs a recovery disk to proceed but I cannot find the disks ANYWHERE!! How can I solve this problem?? Is there a Site I can go to, to get another? Or a site to download another copy? Thanx!
