Multimedia audio controller

Hello,
i install a sound driver but multimedia audio controller doesn't install and no audio sound come on my computer please try ti solve my problem?

Dear Sir,

Please check whether the audio driver that you have installed is compatible to your operating system. This might be the reason why you are having such trouble.
