i cant understand your message very clearly but have you tried opening the picture in another program which supports picture format?

When i open acer crystal webcam to take any photo...
After taking that photo that photo is saved in reverse way automatically when i click for any new photo... shows upside down..left is right..
after that if i want to correct that photo then..i open that in windows picture viewer and rotate that...
then the picture seems right but my left hand becomes right the...
