HOW TO REINSTALL AND GET BACK THE SOUND INTO MY COMPUTER .

what is the make/model of your pc/laptop.

to find this it will either be on a sticker on the bottom of your laptop or you could go to start > run and type "dxdiag" and press enter (obviously without the speech marks)

you should see the model/make under system info.

give me those details.
