Audio does not work

Hello,
I have a problem with my audio.It does not work at all,whenever i try ,it say 'unknown microphone'.please HELP.thank you.

Dear Dona,

The problem being experienced is simply coming from the fact that it has wrongly been plugged. Please plug it in the green color input so that you can get the sound properly.
