No desktop pic come on my computer

Hello
My computer is suffering from the vital problem i.e genuine software counterfeiting.Due to this problem whenever i change my desktop wallpaper the screen gets black,nothing come on screen.
so i would like to request to help me to solve the problem..
i am waiting for you...hope soon i will get the solution from you.
